Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
BCP has been put in place for disaster recovery to ensure that the testing operations are not disrupted. Each test lab has a BCP in place to ensure the smooth continuity of our testing operations in the event of unanticipated disruptions like natural disasters and epidemics, e.g. avian flu. An alternative testing site will be automatically activated with a 2nd Shift Testing provided so that your project is never jeopardized. A detailed BCP incorporating a communication and back-up contingency plan for our data ensures that clients are immediately in the communication loop and valuable information is not lost in such unforeseen events.
