Ways to minimise the risk of finding major defects in the final development stage?
With over 5 years’ experience as a testing solution provider, we believe that the keys to quality testing are well-designed processes and a team of disciplined and experienced testing engineers. Backed by a unique test methodology that progressively incorporate information gained from earlier tests, thereby achieving product quality improvements as the testing progresses, T-est drives projects forward toward maximized user satisfaction.

Cost reductions without quality compromises?
T-est operates in two countries: Singapore and Japan. Another Lab in a third Asian location will be operational in the first half of 2006. Given lower operating costs in Asia (excluding Japan), T-est can offer competitive costing while ensuring quality testing. Across all test lab locations, T-est delivers security and confidentiality, and consistently high testing solution standards. Wherever your firm is, T-est’s project management and resource optimisation capabilities allow for the most efficient testing available. Contact T-est to find out how competitive our solutions can be.

Shorter turnaround without post-deployment risks?
T-est is rated by our existing clients as one of the most flexible testing service providers. This can be attributed to our established methodology, proven project management, resource optimisation capability and round-the-clock operations backed by our strong R&D team. Our proprietary test process management tools combined with test automation tools ensure that the testing is done in the most efficient manner at our multi-locations.

A one-stop shop for comprehensive testing solutions?
T-est’s beginning as a printer-testing company helped us enormously in expanding our area of expertise, as printer testing encompasses a wealth of technologies. We offer a wide range of testing services and solutions for software and hardware, including software development – from the most basic functionality/performance tests to usability tests, pre-certification tests, field tests, software localisation, software application tests and end-user support tool development. T-est will endeavour to fulfill your testing needs no matter how specialized your product is. Our gifted technical team works with our R&D team to customise a total testing solution for you. Work with T-est, and you will never have to look for other vendors.

A secure testing environment?
IP protection is core to our operational delivery to our clients. We place highest priority on the protection of your testing labs in terms of security and confidentiality assurances, with clear and documented compliance policies, internal controls and resources dedicated to ensure that client security requirements are never compromised. Compliance policies include physical security (monitoring devices and an independent central monitoring centre operating round the clock), restricted lab access, data and electronic data security. A Lab Security & Confidentiality Committee has oversight to ensure secure test facilities and dedicated personnel are involved in ensuring compliance and monitoring of lab security.

Our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for disaster recovery ensures that the testing operations are not disrupted.
